Guided Meditation & Reiki Classes in Mountain View, CA
Join ElizaBeth Alexander, Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher, for a weekly Guided Meditation & Reiki class at Crave Yoga in Mountain View.
Guided Meditation & Reiki Classes are held in Mountain View, CA on Mondays from 7-8 pm and are FREE, and open to the public. Pre-registration is required for this immersive experience.
The main intention of class is to provide a comfortable and grounded space to reset, restore and reconnect.
Every class includes:
- a simple somatic practice you can do anywhere, anytime to help you reconnect with your body and breath
- a 15-20 minute guided meditations
- hands-on Reiki for each participant
ElizaBeth (she/her) is a Somatic Practitioner with over a decade of experience in fitness and the healing arts. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Integrative Somatic Coach, and creates spaces for people to feel free and nourished in being themselves.
ElizaBeth, also known as Beth, has a successful career in physical fitness (more info here) that complements her Healing Arts Practices. She has degrees from U.C. Santa Barbara, holds more than 13 health and fitness certifications, and has been featured on national media including The Today Show and Shape. Her speciality and passion is exploring where the physical meets the subtle, bringing together her knowledge of physical anatomy and kinesiology with subtle energy and somatic practices. People report both immediate and long-lasting changes from experiences facilitated by ElizaBeth — and are made to feel welcome and at ease with both the playfulness and lightheartedness that she brings.
