- Overview of the history and lineage of Reiki
- 4x Reiki 1 Level Attunements
- this opens up your energy channels and more deeply attunes to you the frequency of Reiki
- Receive a Hands-on Reiki Session
- Guided Self-Practice for Hands-on Reiki
- Guided Practice Reiki Session (on another person, or deeper self-practice)
- 30-minute private Zoom follow up within your first month of practicing.
- Invites to future in-person Reiki Healing Circle Practice Sessions
- Usui Reiki Level I Certificate
The exchange begins at $1100 for private trainings and attunements.
